With residential units above a boutique hotel, retail space and an internal atrium, this project connects to the existing Bellevue Square Mall, completing the southeast corner of the site with street-oriented lease space. An important aspect of the design was to allow for a diversity of architectural expression with tenant improvements, both to provide variety along the street and to distinguish hotel, retail and residential uses.
