This project responds to the client's vision of combining several under-utilized downtown properties to create a corporate headquarters in an urban center. The proposal includes five office towers above a podium of common areas and retail space with parking and a transit center below. The design intent is for each of the towers to share a common distinct identity, while tailoring shape and size to specific location.
