This proposed expansion of an urban shopping center replaces a portion of the center's parking structure with a new anchor tenant space and two levels of shops.The design seek to organize and provide visual clarity for access to a vehicular drop-off point, valet and self parking as well as pedestrian access to the garage. An ellipse defines the drive, elevated walkway and a distinctive glass wall signifying the anchor tenant and mall entry.
